  Games

Games have contributed greatly to the evolution of man as an individual and a social being. Much as prehistoric man learned and developed from experience acquired through games, individuals begin their journey of learning the moment they become aware of the world around them. Through toys and small game objects, they learn to position themselves in their newly discovered universe — a universe that raises questions at every turn. It comes as no surprise that leisure holds a central place in culture, which is the product of accrued human experience. Each social group conceives, organizes, practises and integrates games in its own unique way. In short, games are an integral, valuable part of culture.
